  • cleaning days are scheduled by barracks area (3400 area, 3700 area, 1600 area, 900 area, 6000 area, etc.)
  • maid service is performed during normal duty hours (0900-1600)
  • Bonus – 100% building enrollment and we will also clean all common areas (dayroom, stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms)
We Clean & Sanitize *per occupant, billed monthly. Dual occupant rooms require both occupants to enroll in service. Cancel anytime and receive full refund of unused service fee. Postponed service requires one week notice. Monthly service fee is due on 1st day of each month for current month service. Method of payment is credit card, personal check or payroll deduction. Service is performed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, during normal duty hours.
