How do I get an estimate?

When you contact our company, you speak with an experienced scheduler who will know the right questions to ask to give you an estimate of charges for the services. Please remember, the estimate you receive on the phone is without seeing the areas in question. Our professional staff evaluates your needs and goes over all charges before starting work.

Do I have to be home?

Yes! – we need to be able to confirm your estimate from over the phone, get authorization to do the work and pay once we complete the work.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Most of the time we can schedule your service 24 – 72 hours from talking with us.

Do I need to put my pets away?

Yes. To clean your carpets or air ducts requires us to have doors open or we are frequently in and out.  It is best that your furry children are put in a secure location or outside away from the areas being cleaned.

What do we accept for payments?

We accept checks with ID, cash and all major credit cards. Your receipt will be noted as to how you have paid for your services.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We ask that you notify us as soon as you can. We understand that life happens, and we will be glad to reschedule your appointment.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

  • Carpet cleaning: please have carpet pre-vacuumed and picked up.  Our insurance does not allow us to move furniture, but we can clean around it.
  • Fireplaces: please have ashes and any unburned logs removed.
  • Air Duct: If you have something directly below vents to be cleaned, we ask that you move or cover the area ahead of time.  We clean up as much as we can behind our service.
  • Dryer Vents: disconnect and pull the dryer away from the wall.
